If I am reading this correctly the warrants (ADMWF) trade at $.08 so you buy what in essence is over a 4 year option on a stock that is already in the money. Seems the risk/reward is much better than the common stock, though it is a relatively cheap stock based on your analysis
Hi Wyatt, thanks for the comment. Those warrants (and ticker) have been delisted and cancelled. That was under the LSEG registration. Based on the S-4 filing and recent releases, it appears that acuren has no plans to list these warrants on the NYSE, perhaps due to being closely held or otherwise not DTC eligible.
I suppose we'll find out for sure once the ordinary shares are listed.
Right now those warrants are ITM based on OTC trading. There is a mandatory redemption for only $0.01 a share by the company if the ordinary shares traded above $18.
